11+High-Intensity F (Rep)

Service Description

This camp is recommended for the more experienced skater and will be a very fast-paced skating environment. Power skating warm-up, including edge work, pivoting, transitioning, foot speed, crossovers, and quick starts to get up to top speed. Moving into a more game-situation atmosphere in the last 30 mins of each session will bring in more puck work, battles, and small-area drills. All skaters should be moving at top speed through all my drills by camp's end. I will challenge each skater with more intense drills. Conditioning is a huge part of all my High-Intensity camps. All sessions are 1 hour Payments made at the first skate must be in full amount by cheque or cash(please have cash or cheque in an envelope with name and amount on it) E-transfers can be made to powerskatefps@gmail.com and must be completed before the first skate Pay-pal
