Service Description

This is the next step up from level 1 power skate. These will be a little faster sessions with a few different drills with and without pucks. Edge work, pivots, transitioning, quick feet, acceleration, and quick direction changes are all worked on in every session. Skaters should be able to skate both forwards and backward, crossovers, along with stops and starts with little trouble. Small groups will allow for quicker lines and more rotations for each skater. Sessions will be 1 hour Full payment must be made before the first session by cheque, e-transfer, PayPal or cash.
