Service Description

This camp is recommended for the more experienced skater and will be a very fast-paced skating environment. Power skating will be the front runner including edge work, pivoting, transitioning, foot speed, crossovers, and quick starts getting up to top speed. Moving into a more practice-like atmosphere in the last 30 mins of each session will bring in more puck work, skaters should all be moving at top speed through all my drills by camp's end. I will challenge each skater with more intense drills. Conditioning is a huge part of all my High-Intensity camps.
